Our Launch Rotational Program is offered to recent college graduates, allowing them the opportunity to work in 6 different segments of the company before being placed in a department full time.

During the program you will:

• Work with mentors that will provide feedback to ensure optimal growth during the program.
• Build a deep practical knowledge of each department within Haddad Brands.
• Participate in small monthly lunches where Launch Associates get face to face exposure with executives.
